Members based in the Philippines can now withdraw via Paypal once their earnings reached $10.00. However, you need

 Visit Paypal.com and create your free account (Choose "Buy with Paypal"). The other option is for online sellers. 


The minimum amount that can be transferred from Paypal to your Philippine bank account is only $10.00 now $35.00. Processing is within 24-48 hours only for most banks.  (Instant credit to your bank account if you're a UnionBank account holder.)
